I have been in retail for over 20 years both on the shop floor selling and managing a team and as a buyer for independent furniture stores, both in Scotland and London, an independent department store, Jenners in Edinburgh, and for an international multi-channel retailer, Lakeland. I have experienced retail from both sides and I have learned both what buyers need to see and also what customers expect to see before they are willing to part with their hard earned cash.

I live in Monifieth in Scotland with my gorgeous black Labrador Freya.
Things I love: peppermint tea, dark chocolate, prosecco, Jo Malone perfume. Molten Brown bath and body products esp Heavenly Gingerlily. Scented candles. My bicycle. Cruise holidays. Stripy tee shirt tops (I have a big collection!)
Things I have to avoid: high heels (unless I can hang on to someone!). Gluten and dairy unless I want to be ill in bed for 3 days.
